Microcosmic Orbit, Inner Smile & 6 Healing Sounds

Master Chia will share the three major techniques of the basic practices of his system over two days.

Practical, easy to learn and do - they are the techniques you will use after the course to transform your stress into vitality and improve your mental, physical and emotional life.

The 6 Healing Sounds help to detox and balance our vital organ energy.  The Inner Smile is a transforming meditation which tops up our original energy. The Microcosmic Orbit is the natural path for energy to flow in our body:  when blocked it is often the cause of illnesses and weaknesses.

Sexual Energy is a creative and healing power, learn how to harness and use this vital energy with Taoist meditations. Using this energy for the brain and body organs is an alchemy process and it is important to understand the basic inner alchemy techniques before taking this class.

Golden Elixir perfectly accompanies the meditations in Healing Love.Golden Elixir is the fountain or water of life. It is the combination of saliva, hormonal fluids, and external essences that when mixed together become the Elixir of Immortality. Saliva has long been considered by Taoists as a key component for optimum health. Some Taoist texts recommend swallowing the saliva up to 1,000 times a day to promote physical healing. Thousands of years ago Taoists became aware of changes in the taste and consistency of saliva that accompanied meditative practices. They learned that by combining saliva with the hormonal fluids and essences released during sexual activities a powerful elixir is formed. Taoists believe that this Golden Elixir is not only a physical healing agent, but also is a major transformative agent in preparing for higher spiritual work.

Golden Elixir Chi Kung contains  postures that develop and utilise the healing power of Chi. These involve gathering energy and forces through the body’s hair, which acts as a negative-energy filter and can also be used to store surplus positive energy. Taoists regard the hair as antennae extending out into nature and the universe. Work to develop self-healing abilities and establish a better connection to the universe as a whole.

Master Chia will be combining the practices of Tan Tien Chi Kung with Wisdom Chi Kung in this special 2-day workshop.

As we lower the mind and fill the Tan Tien with Chi, Wisdom Chi Kung teaches us to connect with the universal energies, expanding our awareness out, and filling the body with energy, whilst not losing sight of the physical realm. It is essential to maintain a healthy connection with our bodies, Wisdom Chi Kung does this, by opening the brain to be filled with the knowledge of the Universe, and increasing our own mental capacity.

This practice teaches the art of meditation and physical rejuvenation.  Wisdom Chi Kung is a simple and highly effective method which prepares the mind for higher levels of Universal Tao knowledge.

In a new approach to healing, in combination with Universal Tao healing practices such as the Inner Smile, Laughing Chi Kung and Chi Nei Tsang, Wisdom Chi Kung prepares the practitioner for increased understanding of how to heal the body with an empty mind. It involves techniques for increasing mental alertness, memory, clarity and the ability to maintain this for a lifetime’s meditation connected to the Universe

« The brain calls for so much energy in order to function properly.  The organs can store energy and release this energy into the brain.  When we cultivate organ energy, that power can be passed onto the brain when necessary.  When the organs are weak, the brain lacks energy.  Organs are responsible for different types of wisdom, knowledge and management skills.  When practicing this chi kung you learn which organs are responsible for what sorts of wisdom and performance in the brain. » Mantak Chia
